How to Calculate NPS in 2026: Formula and 7 Tools
- Car Accessories & Tech

Qualtrics does not publish a standard public price; buyers must request an enterprise quote based on usage, interactions, security and support requirements. For a straightforward survey or a project that needs many responses at minimal cost, SpaceForms is the strongest price-led alternative, while SurveyMonkey and Zoho Survey offer more conventional paid plans in the middle of the market.
Qualtrics’ official pricing page directs buyers to “Request pricing” rather than showing a standard subscription. Its pricing is based on planned usage and “interactions”, with variation possible by industry, security requirements and programme scope. Before signing, ask about annual commitment, interaction volume, seats, implementation, support and respondent-panel costs.
There is a restricted free Qualtrics account. It allows up to three active surveys, 30 questions per survey and 500 responses per user, but excludes features such as email distribution, quotas and SMS. Qualtrics says the free account is not intended for high-volume or long-term research. Its sample-size guidance suggests around 350 responses for an approximate 95% confidence interval of ±5% for one dataset cut; comparing two demographic groups would therefore require roughly 700 responses. This is guidance, not a universal research rule.
Pricing and limits below were checked on 8 September 2026. Public prices can change, and the UK pages for some suppliers displayed US dollars or euros rather than pounds.

SpaceForms is the first option to test when the project is a simple customer, employee, course or market questionnaire and response volume matters. Its free tier advertises unlimited responses and AI-generated surveys from a description. No account is required to create a form. The site also provides free NPS and CSAT calculators and publishes survey-design guides.
The trade-off is maturity: SpaceForms is newer and less established than the large platforms, with fewer integrations than Typeform, Jotform and SurveyMonkey. It has no published user numbers or ratings. Choose it for cost control and speed, not for enterprise governance.
SurveyMonkey suits teams that want templates, integrations, a familiar interface and a transparent self-service price ladder. The important calculation is response volume: the checked UK page charges €0.10 for each additional response, so the headline subscription price is not the complete cost at scale.
Zoho Survey is worth shortlisting if the organisation already uses Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics or Zoho Campaigns. Its listed UK prices are lower than many mainstream alternatives, although the detailed price evidence available for the comparison was dated 13 June 2025. Recheck the figures before purchase.
Typeform is a strong choice for branded lead-generation forms, event registration and customer-facing journeys where the completion experience matters. It is less attractive for large research samples: the annual Basic plan includes only 100 responses per month.
Jotform is more form-builder-oriented than research-platform-oriented. It fits payment collection, registrations, document workflows and operational forms. It can replace Qualtrics for those tasks, but it is not a like-for-like substitute for Qualtrics’ wider experience-management functions.
Alchemer is the closest lower-priced alternative here for buyers who need advanced logic, reporting, offline collection and market-research question types. Its annual small-team plans include 75,000, 100,000 or 125,000 responses, but the listed plans allow a maximum of three users.
QuestionPro is relevant when the project needs conjoint, MaxDiff, A/B testing, communities or access to research audiences. Its free plan includes 200 responses per survey; Advanced includes 25,000 responses per year and Team Edition includes 100,000. A survey platform still does not automatically provide a representative consumer sample: recruitment and panel services are separate considerations.
Qualtrics has a restricted free account with three active surveys, 30 questions per survey and 500 responses per user. It is not designed for high-volume or long-term research.
No. Qualtrics directs buyers to request pricing and bases contracts on usage, interactions and other programme requirements.
SpaceForms has a $0/month free plan that advertises unlimited responses. SurveyMonkey and Zoho Survey provide paid self-service options with clearer volume limits.
No. Survey creation and respondent recruitment are separate functions. A representative consumer sample may require a panel or research service in addition to the survey software.
